“I paint exploring the emotional potential that connects through the natural world of weather moods and light plays on the land and water. I have a fascination with the seasons and how they affect the land and the sea, wind, tides and wildlife. My work endeavours to give a private resonance to the viewer, extending a moment in time of naturally recurring phenomena.”

His work hangs in England, Ireland, Scotland, France, Canada, the USA and Australia. He has exhibited at the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour, Mall Galleries, the South - West Academy, the Royal West of England Academy and has had several one man shows including the Bath Festival and Padstow Institute. “It is the continual connection to natural light and nature that has spiritual resonance for me and keeps me painting in my studio."
