Suzanne is a soft pastel artist whose art is mostly inspired by her walks in the countryside. She enjoys creating atmospheric and colourful landscapes, often mindfully gazing to the sky through the trees, into a stream or through the hedgerow for the inspiration for her artwork.

Suzanne’s work has been recognised in recent years with pieces being selected for the annual Pastel Society exhibition held at The Mall Galleries on The Mall in London in 2025 and 2026. Her work is also available through several galleries and each weekend in July she participates in the popular Marlborough Open Studios art trail.

"I spent time this Spring sketching a small bluebell wood near to where I live and was inspired to create this rather stylised view into the woods. This has since led to a series of landscapes of the local area also in this style."
