'Life's Rich Tapestry' is one of a series of 'strata' paintings. I am interested in exploring the history and fragility of our lives, and beauty in imperfection. This series can be seen to represent lives lived: the layers that make up our lives through experience and memory, calm times and trauma and everything in between. All that weaves together to make the story of an individual life.

Jenny exhibits regularly, mainly in the Southwest, and open her studio during the biennial Salisbury Art Trail. In 2024 she had a painting accepted for the RA Summer Exhibition, and one longlisted for the Women in Art prize. In the same year she was awarded the mixed media/still life award at the annual Bruton Art Society annual exhibition, and in 2025 she was awarded the Acrylic and Mixed Media prize at Sherborne Open Art Exhibition.
