Tim gained a BA in Fine Art at Leeds University in 1982. He has maintained a strong connection to his home town, Swindon, where he has lived since the age of ten. He has completed several local projects, which have involved the documentation and renovation of public art for Swindon Borough Council, and has produced an extremely well-received series of paintings published as a book: '100 Views of Swindon'. Tim has recently had a painting accepted into Museum and Art Swindon's permanent collection.
