"As a gardener, my main interest started in botanical illustration. After a few years I realised I wanted to use the observational skills in a freer, more fluid way. I started painting in oils, still lives and landscapes. These became more and more abstracted. I have exhibited with the Bruton Art Society, Sherborne Art Society and others. This year I had a painting selected for the NEAC Summer Exhibition in the Mall Galleries in London."
